We have finalised the registration requirements and commercial site costings for the N Scale Convention
Firstly, as is usual practice, all traders are required to register as a standard convention attendee. This will enable us to provide you with full catering and facilities, as well as allow you to attend any clinics and workshops if you choose to do so.
Space will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. However, those that have already been in contact with the organising committee to express their interest will be given priority.
For the purposes of the 19th National N Scale Convention, a commercial “Space” will consist of one Chair and one 1800mm standard trestle table. Each Additional table will be charged as a “space”. Each trader will have a Screen divider between themselves and the trader next to them.
Cost per space/table will be $100
Commercial traders will be located in the upstairs foyer with all tables to be placed along the glass wall as seen in the images below.
This dedicated area has stair access to the lower foyer, as well as step free access via the external doors to the balcony.
If you need to trade from BEHIND your table or sit behind your table, please get in touch so that we can try to accommodate you elsewhere.
